1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Arrow Shift Escape ("the Game", "the Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from downloading, installing, or playing the Game.

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play the Game on your compatible personal Android mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof.
• Bypass, alter, or disable any security features, anti-cheat mechanisms, or advertising integrations within the Game.
• Exploit any glitch, bug, or unauthorized automated tool (bots, macros) to artificially alter gameplay progress.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

3. Game Content & Mechanics

Arrow Shift Escape provides arrow-sliding escape puzzle mechanics across 250 progressively challenging stages. The game is provided purely for entertainment.

All puzzle layouts, visual design, sound effects, stars, lives, and cosmetic themes represent virtual mechanics with no real-world monetary value.

4. Advertisements

The Application is offered free of charge and is supported by commercial advertising delivered via third-party advertising partners, notably Google AdMob.

Advertisements may include interstitial ads shown between puzzle completions and voluntary rewarded ads. We are not responsible for the content, goods, services, or claims displayed in third-party advertisements. Interacting with third-party ads is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

5. Rewarded Features & Virtual Perks

Certain features within the game (such as receiving a puzzle hint or replenishing consumed lives) may be offered upon voluntarily watching a rewarded video advertisement.

• In-game items, hints, and lives cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real currency.
• Virtual progress and stars are stored locally on your device and may be lost if app storage is cleared or if the app is uninstalled.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Application — including but not limited to the codebase, puzzle generation algorithms, user interface, graphic designs, animations, sound synthesizer implementations, and branding — are and remain the exclusive property of the developer.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Game other than the limited personal license expressly stated herein.

7. Availability, Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without prior notice. We may release updates to enhance performance, add levels, resolve bugs, or maintain compatibility with new Android operating system releases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

10. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Application from your devices. Your license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Any modifications will be posted to this website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued access or gameplay following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
