We respect your privacy and believe in full transparency regarding data practices. This policy outlines what data is stored locally on your device, what information is processed by third-party service providers (specifically Google AdMob and Google Firebase Analytics), and how that information is utilized.

2. Information We Collect

To ensure complete clarity, we distinguish between data handled directly by the developer and data processed by third-party SDKs integrated into the Game:

A. Information Directly Collected by Developer

None. We do not operate custom backend user databases or servers that collect personally identifiable information. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, financial details, or contact lists.

B. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Game stores puzzle progression and configuration data locally on your device via standard Android SharedPreferences storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

C. Information Automatically Processed by Third-Party Services

Third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the application (Google Mobile Ads and Firebase Analytics) automatically collect certain non-personal diagnostic, advertising, and analytics information, as described in Sections 4 and 6 below.

3. Local Game Data

To provide a continuous gameplay experience, the Game records the following variables locally on your device:

• Current Unlocked Level: A number (1 through 250) tracking your progression.
• Remaining Lives: A value representing available lives (up to 3).
• Star Ratings: Stars earned (1 to 3) for each completed puzzle.
• Theme Preferences: Selected visual appearance (e.g., Light, Dark, Cyber, Space).
• Audio Settings: Boolean toggle state for sound effects and background music.
• Completion Status: Boolean flag indicating whether all 250 levels have been mastered.

4. Advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob)

Arrow Shift Escape is provided as a free-to-play mobile game supported by advertisements served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

To serve advertisements and protect against fraudulent activity, Google Mobile Ads may collect and process certain technical information, including:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and technical device characteristics (manufacturer, model, OS version).
• Coarse / Approximate Location: Non-precise regional location inferred from IP address for geotargeting and currency relevance.
• Interaction Data: Ad views, clicks, and load diagnostics.

5. Rewarded and Interstitial Advertisements

The Game utilizes two distinct ad formats:

• Interstitial Advertisements: Full-screen static or video ads that are displayed at natural stopping points — specifically, after every 3 completed puzzle levels.
• Rewarded Advertisements: Optional, voluntary ads that you may actively choose to watch in exchange for in-game assistance, such as obtaining an arrow solution hint or restoring your depleted lives.

6. Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics)

We utilize Google Firebase Analytics (via `firebase_core` and `firebase_analytics`) to collect aggregated, anonymous gameplay statistics that assist us in balancing puzzle difficulty and improving app stability.

Events logged include:

• Level start and level completion milestones (level number, moves taken, stars earned).
• Level failures (helping us identify if a puzzle is overly difficult).
• Hint usage and in-game theme selections.
• General diagnostic data (session duration, operating system version, device model).

Note on Firebase Scope: We do not use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database, or Firebase Crashlytics. All analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual players.

7. Permissions & Internet Access

The Game requests only standard, non-sensitive Android permissions:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required solely for retrieving advertisements from Google AdMob and transmitting anonymous analytics events to Google Firebase.

The Game does not request sensitive permissions such as Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, Contacts, SMS, or External Storage.

8. Children's Privacy

Arrow Shift Escape is designed as a family-friendly casual puzzle game. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to third-party services through our application, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate steps to ensure its removal.

9. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your data to any third party for commercial gain.

Data transmission occurs solely with verified third-party infrastructure providers supporting core game operations:

• Google LLC (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob — Advertising infrastructure)
• Google LLC (Firebase Analytics — App performance and telemetry)

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative precautions to safeguard any information processed in association with the Game. All communications with Google Mobile Ads and Firebase Analytics are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS).

Please recognize that no electronic transmission over the Internet or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in app functionality, regulatory mandates, or partner policies. When revisions occur, the updated policy will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.
